What is Soundcloud?

Soundcloud was created by Alexander Ljung, Forss in 2007 and it has more than 300 workers. It is one of the famous social music platforms. You can create, listen and share the music on it or on your other social networks.

Besides all these, you can be a listener. You can discover new music; follow creators of the music, save your favourite tracks and even more.

You can also share your favourite playlists with your followers if you want to become a curator.

How to use Soundcloud?

First of all you need to download the official app for your device and create an account. For creating an account you can type your e mail address and choose a password or you can directly log in by your Facebook, Google+ account. You can start to follow users you like to discover new music. Once you have your own profile it will be possible to see others’ sharing. You can also create custom playlists. There is no limit, you can create as many as you want to listen on your own or let others to see and listen them. It is possible starting a station to listen the similar kinds of tracks and accessing your recent station from your profile.

Post and Share Your Posts

You can upload your songs with a free account by clicking ‘’Upload’’ button. When you upload a song you need to confirm the title, add a description and tag your sound. By clicking on ‘’More options’’ from the right corner you can save your music before uploading.

It is very simple making a playlist in SoundCloud, by clicking the ‘’Add to playlist’’ button you can create your own playlist easily.

If you like the song and want to share it with your friends on other social platforms, you should click the ‘’Share’’ button to do it via Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Pinterest, Google+ and etc.

It is possible organising your player by changing its colour and size by clicking on the pencil icon.

Exploring new music on Soundcloud is very entertaining. For doing that you just need to click ‘’Explore’’ button which is on the left side of the navigator bar.

By clicking on the drop down arrow you can search for groups and stay in touch with them to hear their posts.

You can listen thousands of music you can’t find anywhere else as free! As you start to use it, you will realise that you can build your profile and grow your audience.

After hearing them all you should definitely have Soundcloud on your device and start to have fun with your music!
